Park Fees - As of July 1st, 1998 the Entrance Fees at State Parks were eliminated by the Rhode Island State Legislature. The budget legislation exempts only parks, including those with swimming areas such as Goddard Park, Lincoln Woods, Fort Adams, Burlingame Picnic Area, Pulaski, Beach Pond, and Arcadia Management Areas.
